NO SPAM

Web Marketers Association takes the stance of ZERO spam and will not tolerate any use of spam by any members (including non website owning members) in the promotion of Web marketers Association.  Membership will be cancelled immediately if any member is spamming.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important to us. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

Web Marketers Association grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or it’s contents; any collection and use of product listings or any copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of it may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Web Marketers Association. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Web Marketers Association. Web Marketers Association reserves the right to cancel membership of any member if member is found to be abusing the system, or Web Marketers Association determines that a member site is not appropriate, or Web Marketers Association determines that a member site is not adhering to the Code of Ethics as prescribed and agreed to at the time of membership. User agrees to allow Web Marketers Association to send emails of offers etc. An information email will be sent once a month.

DISPLAYING OUR LOGO

Only current members are authorized to display the Web Marketers Association Logo (Seal). If for any reason your membership is terminated or you opt not to renew, you must immediately remove the logo from your site. You may display the logo on your website only.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Web Marketers Association reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at their sole discretion.

Web Marketers Association makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of this site or the content or information contained. You expressly agree that your use of this site is solely at your own risk. Web Marketers Association will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site. DISPUTES

Web Marketers Association reserves the right to moderate during any dispute and that the decision of Web Marketers Association will be final.
