1. In business for at least 90 days.
2. Web site clearly displays full contact information and that business can be contacted by phone (phone number may be a voice mail number), email and mail.
3. Web site has a clearly stated privacy policy displayed on the website stating that personal details will not be sold, rented, or given out to third parties.
4. Business and web site have a zero SPAM policy.
5. Web site uses industry standard level of encryption for credit card transactions to ensure that credit card transactions are secure and safe.
6. To deliver product(s) promptly and/or to deliver within the time frame stated on the web site, if one is so stated.
7. Web site offers a guarantee and a refund policy that are clearly displayed and explained on the web site. Refunds must be made within 14 days of the request for refund.
8. Business has a customer care department and is committed to providing the best possible customer service and support. This is to ensure that any customer questions or problems can be dealt with.
9. Web site does not display or link to pornographic content, hate related content, gambling or other addictive content, or any other content that could be deemed as objectionable, unethical, or immoral.
10. Web site does not secretly or covertly capture visitor's personal information.
11. Web site does not secretly or covertly download or distribute spyware to a visitor’s computer.
12. Business is the registrant of the domain name being used.
